This website is owned and operated by Rockstar Web Design Services. By accessing and using this site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and all associated services, including but not limited to any products, content, or additional features provided by Rockstar Web Design Services. Your continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Rockstar Web Design Services and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or client-side revisions exceeding the agreed limits.
- Dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences that were not clearly communicated during the initial stages of the project.
- Technical errors resulting from third-party software, hosting, or platform-related issues beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all deliverables before final approval. Once a project is marked as complete, Rockstar Web Design Services will not be liable for further modifications or losses related to the project’s implementation.
Payments & Refunds
- All services must be paid in full before work commences, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- Refunds will not be issued for completed work or services already rendered.
- If a project is canceled before completion, Rockstar Web Design Services may consider a partial refund based on the portion of work already completed, at its sole discretion.
- Any delays caused by the client, such as slow communication, unresponsiveness, or failure to provide necessary materials, may forfeit refund eligibility due to disruption of project timelines.
Intellectual Property Rights
All original designs, graphics, websites, and deliverables created by Rockstar Web Design Services remain the exclusive property of the company until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client. However, Rockstar Web Design Services retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been arranged.
Clients are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or modifying the delivered work for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Rockstar Web Design Services.
Termination & Cancellation
Rockstar Web Design Services reserves the right to terminate a project or service agreement under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or failure to meet agreed-upon financial obligations.
- Excessive revisions beyond the stated policy, leading to unreasonable delays.
- Unprofessional behavior from the client, including but not limited to harassment, abusive language, or unreasonable demands.
- Violation of terms, including unauthorized use of Rockstar Web Design Services’ intellectual property.
In the event of termination due to the above reasons, any deposits or payments made will not be refunded
Revision Policy
o ensure timely project completion and maintain a structured workflow, Rockstar Web Design Services provides a maximum of three (3) revisions per project. Revisions are strictly limited to modifications of the existing design and do not include a complete redesign or the introduction of new design elements beyond the original scope.
If a client requests additional revisions beyond the allotted three, Rockstar Web Design Services reserves the right to charge an additional fee based on the complexity and time required. We strongly encourage clients to provide detailed and specific feedback during each revision stage to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
For clarity, the three-revision policy applies to:
- Minor adjustments such as color changes, font modifications, or small content updates.
- Content placement and minor restructuring within the existing design framework.
- Tweaks in layout alignment and visual refinements within the approved concept.
The revision policy does not include:
- A complete redesign or drastic layout modifications.
- Requests to alter fundamental design choices after approval.
- Extensive changes that shift the project direction entirely.
However, if the error or issue requiring revision is due to a mistake or oversight on the part of Rockstar Web Design Services, we will make the necessary corrections. Our commitment is to ensure accuracy and quality in every project we deliver.
Clients are encouraged to consolidate all feedback within each round of revision to avoid unnecessary delays. Any further revision requests outside the scope will be treated as a new project and require a separate service agreement, including additional fees.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Rockstar Web Design Services operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.
