Rockstar Web Design Services
General
This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Client (“You”) and Rockstar Web Design Services (“We” or “Us”). By subscribing to our SOLO Plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.
Service Scope
Your active subscription entitles you to access our creative and development services as described in your chosen plan. Services may include (but are not limited to) web design, sales funnel development, graphic design, and basic backend support depending on the plan tier.
We provide unlimited revision requests under the following conditions:
The request falls within the scope of your current subscription.
Only one (1) active project per slot is worked on at a time.
Revisions must be submitted clearly and in writing Monday.com.
Revision Policy
Unlike our one-time payment clients, subscription clients are entitled to unlimited revisions as long as the subscription is active. However:
If your change request requires new design logic or development, it may be treated as a new request and queued accordingly.
Repeated revisions that deviate from the originally approved concept may affect delivery timelines.

Payment & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be settled before we begin or continue service for the new billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for partially used periods.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle.
If you cancel your subscription, work will stop at the end of your billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
Once full payment is made for a billing cycle, all completed and approved deliverables are owned by you. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless a prior NDA has been signed.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription due to:
Non-payment or chargeback.
Abuse of unlimited requests (e.g., spamming, unreasonable expectations).
Disrespectful communication with our team.
In these cases, no refund will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Losses due to delays caused by slow client feedback or unclear requests.
Issues resulting from third-party platforms or software.
Subjective dissatisfaction not backed by clear, constructive direction.
We do our best to deliver quality work on time, but timelines may shift based on complexity or client responsiveness.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rockstar Web Design Services operates. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction.
